點樣用由HPLC 測出既peak 去決定所測物質( 一種藥丸) 既content (mg) ?? 有冇算式去計 ?

Assume the amount of the standard is y mg and the condition is no change during these 2 tests

Then the amount of your sample is

C (your sample) = C (standard) x Peak area (your sample) / Peak area (standard)
= y x 4147 / 272.22
