跳蠅減肥法
每日跳繩一千下 每天可減少0.5公斤,三日則1公斤半

你可以食營養代餐,一日食2餐,
我自己都有食,而家食左一個月我減左9磅,腰減左3吋.
進行緊第2個月.我食過其他減肥產品,都會痾得好辛苦,
又唔見效,但Lee隻產品比我感覺係真係想去廁所嗰隻,
係真係有嘢痾,唔會係咁痾水又唔會冇精神.

唔係一陣浪費錢又唔健康.

運動.節食不是一個有效的減肥方法
一定要注意每一餐要吸收均衡的營養,
控制卡路里吸收及提升新陳代謝,
係冇做運動同節食情況底下,只係改善飲食習慣,
一個月都減左5磅, 修左 2 吋 肚腩 同 1 吋大脾
但冇諗過長期便秘問題都解決埋!

1) you must eat breakfast, becasue it is the most important meal in our daily life, you have one day to digest the food.

2) your lunch and dinner should not be so heavy, especiallly dinner, because it is near the sleeping time - not too much body movement, the excess food taken will be easy transform to fat.

- try to reduce the portions gradually, I think it may be the existing portion you have eaten is too much.

3) when you want to eat snack, try to east fresh fruit instead, more healthy and good for your digestive system.

- eat more vegetable instead of too much meat.

4) No to eat too much dessert, sweet thing easy to caused fat, try to make your diet low salt, low sugar and low oil, don't mixed up low - it doesn't mean No !! because our diet need to be balanced in order to absorb multi-vitamins to have a good nutritions to maintain our daily health.

- Do not drink soft drink, too sweet, you may eat very light Chinese dessert instead of.

5) Don't spend too much time on TV games and etc. and use those time to have physical exerices, even walk around at night is also a kind of good exercise, I suggest after dinner walk for 45 min to 1 hour, of course choose those place do not have too much car, because HK is highly air polluated.

6) Try to look some books to teach you how to do physical exercise: at home, or joined some interested class to learn the basic concept.

7) In fact I suggested you learn to swimming, but now is too cold for learning, and don't eat too much after exercise, and let the energy to burn those fat inside the body.

8) Try to pack light lunch box instead of eating and fast food shop, fast food shop's thing too tasty and oily.....

I am not sure whether this method would lead you to reduce 30 lbs at your assigned time, but keep on doing physical exercise daily for 30 mins daily, and do not eat too much oily thing, for sure it will has some effect.
