I am a christian. I want to ask what is the meaning of 'Santa Claus '? Does it related to 'Satan' ?

Hello,I am a student from UK.We have a teen church programme today..
It's talking about Santa Claus or Jesus..
Santa.
Satan.
Why do we change to praise Santa instead of Jesus..
Everybody like him, want him to come, adore him?!
How about Jesus..
I don't know about the real origin of Santa Claus,
but I know that Church doesn't like this idea.
It's the day for Jesus, and he isn't even invite?
I know it sounds ridicious..
I just knew it today

Santa Claus 是聖誕老人的英文名字，應該同Satan無關。
但另外一方面，在現在的社會，尤其像香港這樣商業化的城市，一味要強調消費，一到聖誕節臨近，各大小商場、百貨公司等，就立刻把聖誕老人搬出來，以提醒人們要買禮物送給親友，無論是燈飾、櫥窗、海報等等，觸目可見的都是他的影子。久而久之，每當提起聖誕節時，我們第一時間聯想的，很可能就是聖誕老人，多過是聖誕節的真正主角——耶穌基督。這樣說來，聖誕老人是Satan李代桃僵之計的工具，唔知咁又算唔算同Satan有關系呢。

Of course not the same, they are no relation between each other. Santa something like implied "Saint", but Satan really a devil.
