Phase 3 is as well as Phase 1. It has clothes shops of kids and toy shops. There is also a Seiyu on second floor. It is about some fashion boutiques and cosmetic stores. Ladies like visiting there. My mother and I also always go there for shopping. Grand Central Plaza is mainly of furniture shops. New Town Plaza has a wide variety of shops. Near it, I can find others shopping centre and some recreation places. The location and the content of it are nice. This is the cause so I like it.
