Can you find my mistake?

My favorite shopping centre is New Town Plaza. New Town Plaza is very big. It is in Shatin and near to my home. I just go there by walking 30 to 45 minutes. It is convenient. New Town Plaza comprises Phase 1, Phase 2 and Grand Central Plaza. There are a lot of specialty shops of famous brands, electronic shops, department stores, etc in Phase 1. I can find many shops and boutiques of all varieties. And it has a KCR station. It is close to public transport. While, UA cinema is built there too.
