1. Keep close contact between people and people.
2. It is a cheaper and convenience method to talk with the foreigner.
3. Obtain the global information such as the news from internet's message.

Some disadvantanges of the information technology about mobile phone:
1. Too much informations trend to junk mail or useless messages.
2. Long period signal may affect the human health because it will lead to brain cancer.
3. The cost of mobile phone boost.
