Are you ready? is correct
The answer will be : I am ready or I'm not ready yet.

Do you ready? It is incorrect as ready is not a verb.
we won't say “I ready”. It is incorrect.

do you love me ? is correct as love is a verb, so, we use “Do”
the answer will be “Yes, I do” or “Yes, I love you, or “No, I don't”

Are you love me ? is incorrect, as love is a verb, we can't use “are” as we won't say “I am love you”. We say “I love you”

e.g. Are you a boy? Yes, I am a boy.
Do you like swimming? Yes, I do (or, Yes, I like swimming)

hope it helps
