申請英國student visa問題

If you get the student visa, you can work 16 hours per week as part time but the working hour should be over if you want to do.On the other hand, you only have 6 months for exchange but you need to settle down and start the course. The boss would not give you a chance. Furthermore, you can only work in few kinds of job;(i)Chinese Restaurant ot takeaway as a waiter or counter.(ii) Chinese Supermarket, (iii)Mac Donald or some food shop. The standard wage is about £5.70
BA is fine.
Any way, it is a good chance to learn the style of English. You can find out the attitute of English and you would MAD.

No. If you are student visa, you are only work 16 hrs. per week. Even, you have a N.I., it is not mean you can work over 16 hrs.; N.I. means you have report you work and as a record to pay the contribution and tax. I

f you find by home office and some body report to the department, you would not allow to visit uk anymore. The Home office always check the china town and chinese food shop. If you are arrest by home office, the boss would be fine£5000 and you would be escorted to airport.

i think if u wanna work in uk as part time u need 2 apply a (N.I) from job center...... u can easily apply it through job center near where u live......by law u cant work over 20hrs a week.....but if u r not thinking of apply uk passport u can work as many hrs as u like caz home office will never find out....... u dun really need 2 work in chinese takeaways u can apply any job in uk as long as u've got (N.I)....... n i dun think ba is a good choice u can either fly by virgin or cx as the food on flight taste much better......hopefully, i have got ur questions answered la....take care n good luck......

i m sure its 20hrs not 16hrs n i dun really care hw many shops or business u've got...... i didnt say if u got (N.I) u can work as many hrs as u like.....

what i mean is u can get a better chance 2 work in english business( asda, tesco...etc) or sum where in town center rather than working in chinese takeaways....

i dun think u r lucky enough 2 be caught by home office if u gonna work n study for just half a year what i think is by the time they found out i bet u already out of the country......

also i didnt attempt 2 say its not breaking any law if u do so.......u r taking chance 2 do so........but 2 me life is full of chances.........its totally up 2 u weather u wanna taking it or not.........
