HK Profit tax exposure under the following alternative

A company is incorporated in HK and carries business as manufacturer of air-conditioner in HK
Now, the comapny want to keep HK operations, to set up a subsidiary in Jiangshu which would however receive a subcontracting fee from my HK company for the manufacture of air-conditioner in Jiangshu.
