blood contain a various components
one of the component call plasmer protein.
Due to the amphoteric structure of protein,
it can act as a buffer to remain pH value in blood constant.

When conc. of blood is not being constant.
The range of pH change in blood becomes wider.
It will affect the enzymatic reaction in blood.

To discuss about the water potential of blood,
When blood is diluted, higher water potential is the blood.
A large amount of water will be squeezed out from blood vessels
due to the high blood pressure from pumping action of heart.

As for the squeeze of water,
1) The volume of lymph will be in an increase.

2) When blood is diluted and decrease in concentration,

the receptor site in hypothalamus in brain will recieve a message
and release a inhibiting factor to pituitory gland
for releasing less Hormones (ADH)
the hormone will affect the premeability to water in collecting duct in kidney.
As a result, the urine is more diluted.
