First, let the number of hexagons be x,
the number of pentagons be y.
So, x+y=100 (1)
Then, doubles the number of hexagons =2x
the pentagons is decreased by 6 = y-6
2x+(y-6)=100 (2)
(2): 2x+y=106 (3)

(3)-(1): x=6, y=94

Therefore, there are 94 pentagons.

Initially the number of pentagon that michelle make is 70 divide by 5. so = 14 and hexagon is 5 .. so when she doubles the number of hexagon, the number of pentagons will be 40 divide by 5, so = 8 and hexagon is 10 and there will be no sticks left . =D
