2. I would like to ask some questions. (比較有禮貌)
3. I have some questions to ask.

若是問句的話:
1. Would you mind me to ask some questions ?
2. May I ask you some questions (, please)?

*Of course, sometimes may only have one question that you want to ask, and you should change ''some questions'' to ''one/a question''.
*The words that in a bracket can use or not, depend on you.
