&品行要好
&職務呢你有很多,都算對小學有貢獻.
入讀其他中學視乎你住邊同你想唔想.

Which school are you from?
coz when i look at your description, it seems that 小功 and 優點 are very common.
in my perspective, it does not affect you a lot, at most they mean you are very responsible and you have a lot of service to the school.
So, instead, if I were u, I will also mention sth abt ECA (e.g. learn musical instruments, sports...) or other awards outside school (e.g. ABRSM Grade 6 Piano Distinction, Speech Festivals...)
You may also want to talk sth abt social service/volunteer work... SPCC also put a lot emphasis on it. Moreover, be environmentally-friendly in front of the interviewers coz the theme of SPCC this year is GREEN.
Most importantly, you need to wear properly and behave well during the interview. Avoid Chinglish (i.e. do not put some english in the conversation when you are attending Chinese interview, that seems that you do not hv enough Chinese vocab. to present your own idea.
Train PTH and English more, coz SPCC has a language policy to force students to use these two languages in everyday life.
Prepare some questions before attanding the interview (such as Why are you interested in our school?) If you can mention some policies in our school, that would be better I suppose.
