If you are a Grand prize winner, 2nd Prize winner, 3rd prize winner or 4th prize winner, you must forward your results email showing the win to us evidencing that you have won either a FreeLotto Jackpot prize, or a 2nd Prize ($300), or a 3rd Prize ($5.00) or a 4th Prize ($1.00). The subject line of this email must only contain your FreeLotto Confirmation number (Transaction Serial Number- "TSN").

The TSN is displayed after each game you play on the website and is also located in your FreeLotto Confirmation email. Please save these confirmation emails (containing your TSN#)until you know if you have won, i.e. the results of the FreeLotto drawing.

You must keep your TSN. Failure to provide your TSN within 30 days of date of win shall result in prize forfeiture. The body of your email must also include your first name, last name, address, phone number and date of birth. Forward your email to [email protected] .
