hi,我剛剛除左牙箍,要帶固定器,但個固定器有d似假牙,帶上後前面一條鐵線,後面有舊透明粉紅既膠,但上面舊膠又唔係完全貼住上惡,你地係咪咁?
個dentist同我講要24小時帶,除左食飯訓覺,但我見人人都話訓覺先戴,其實係咪夜晚戴已ok?
其實戴個舊野都幾麻煩,又唔太熟手,有時搞好耐,你地以前係咪都係咁?
好煩,個牙醫話帶2年,但網上面d人個個都話戴成世,究竟點?
唔該有經驗者替我分擔下,thanks!

我有個friend 都有箍牙,我都就lai箍。所以問左好多箍牙0既野。放心相信我la.佢話個固定器只需一年至一年半(but個個牙醫都唔同,要睇下箍牙0個個0既情況)訓覺同平時都要戴，但係食野0個陣可以唔戴，同埋佢成日唔記得戴都冇野。

According to my experiences, my auntie got an orthodontics treatment when she was
45. My brother and me did have it done for the last 3 years.
The process is, after you finish wearing the brace which takes about 18 months,
you have to wear the retainer as to keep the teeth position un-changed. As advised
by the orthodontists, we should wear it for the rest of our lives, at least during sleeping
time. Or, for a peace of mind, you can wear it everytime after you eat, but it sounds
in-convenient. Anyway, to wear it at the night time or anytime with around 12 hours is
o.k. Then, there will be no change for the teeth position permanetly.

It is very easy to wear the retainer that takes only about a second without facing to a mirror. Perhaps, yourretainer is not fit. You should contact your orthodontist to have it fixed.

My dentist told me that his nephew refused to wear theretainer. As a result, his teeth are moving backas it was. Wearing a retainer will not make you un-comfortable. It is just asnothing as you are used to be.
