This is a conversational poem, so I suggest you take on two personas, namely Judith and the other speaker (male/female depending on yourself).
Judith (pause), why are(bigger emphasis on are) you kneeling on the lawn (semi-pause)
with your ears against that little(emphasis on little, higher pitch to emphasis the smallness of the ) weed? (questioning tone) What ARE (emphasis on are) you listening for?
"Hush"(this is a command, Judith is telling you to keep quiet, so say it with more authority) says Judith, "Go away and leave me" (this is said in an annoyed tone, Judith wishes to be left alone here) "I'm waiting for this dandelion to ROAR (emphasis on the roar part to contrast with the delicacy of the dandelion).
Judith (pause), why are(bigger emphasis on are) you sitting in the wood (tone is higher on wood as this is a questions) (semi-pause)
with your eyes fixed on your wristwatch?(questioning tone i.e. higher pitch on "watch") Do you want to know the time? (again a question, so higher pitch at the end of the sentence)
"Hush"(this is a command, Judith is telling you to keep quiet, so say it with more authority) says Judith, "Go away and leave me" (this is said in an annoyed tone, Judith wishes to be left alone here) "I want to hear (emphasis on "hear" ) the bluebells when they chime.
