1. Let the equation be
x^2 + y^2 + Dx + Ey + F = 0

Sub (0,0), we have F = 0
sub (1,0)
1 + D = 0
D = -1

sub (4,2)
12 + 4 - 4 + 2E = 0
E = -6

therefore the equation should be x^2 + y^2 - x - 6y = 0

2. Let the equation be
x^2 + y^2 + Dx + Ey + F = 0

Sub (0,0), we have F = 0

sub (-5, 0)
25 - 5D = 0
D = 5

sub (0, 10)
100 + 10E = 0
E = -10

therefore the equation should be x^2 + y^2 + 5x -10y = 0

Let the equation be
x^2+y^2+Dx+Ey+F = 0
sub(0,0)
∴F=0

sub(1,0)
1+D=0
D=-1

sub(4,2)
16+4-4+2E = 0
E = -8

∴the circle is x^2+y^2-x-8y = 0

2.Let the equation be
x^2+y^2+Dx+Ey+F = 0
sub(0,0)
∴F=0

sub x-axis is -5 i.e(-5,0)
25-5D=0
D=5

sub y-axis is 10 i.e(0,10)
100+10E=0
E=-10

∴the circle is x^2 + y^2 + 5x -10y = 0
