Dummy rounds or not, the police won't care. For real rounds able to be fired, surely you should wash your butt for jail. Dummy rounds have a lot of different forms.......training dummy, deactivated dummy, fake decoratives (replica).........My opinion is, if you possess these dummies.......should not be prosecuted. However, in the real world, there were cases of prosecution to possession of dummy bullets in HK.
