前2天去一個日本綱址, 因不熟悉日文。
按制以為係登入鍵。
之後電腦畫面隨即顯示我的 ip address, 列出我是用hkicable.
之後我用translator 翻譯日文, 說我已成為會員,
要在3日內交4,8000 yen去日本某銀行.
否則會追查, 有什麼什麼費用要交.
我想知道是騙局?我只是上綱按一個制,我唔交只有ip address他們又可以做到什麼?
藉ip address 能夠尋找到用戶地址及個人資料嗎

Actually they cannot do anything as you have nothing gained.With IP address, the government can of course trace who you are, otherwise how HK government arrested 古惑天皇. However, it needs the ISP to provide logs and the personal infiormation and must be authorized by the court.
