我想問下點樣先練到腹肌啊
(除了掌上壓)
仲有有咩工具可以輔助

如果你個肚係冇肚腩既話!!
你可以一開始就日日keep住做situp!
做situp就係一個最簡單.有效既方法!
而且你係屋企都可以做到!!

sit up~做既方法如下:


*可以叫人坐住你隻腳..曲腳去做!唔洗落哂..
*做既時候做到自己做唔到為止!!
*做既時候..落要慢!!而上就快!
*如果可以既話..落到去令肌肉最緊張既地位時
*休息15分鐘到再做多一次!重複3次至6次!!
*第二日如果肚既肌肉痛!就停止唔好再做..
*係黎段時期就要食多d蛋白質食物!!

如果你係有肚腩..條腰比較粗!
我就建議你用混合既方法去做!!
**一方面係轉夫啦圈!!
  雖然轉夫啦圈唔會令你有肌肉!!
  但會收腰同減肚腩..效果會比situp好!
  一日兩種方法一齊做..兩個星期一定就會有明顯既成果!

*一日轉15至30分鐘!!keep住做兩個星期至一個月!
*夫啦卷既收腰效果一定比做sit up好
*如果你有恆心.仲可以兩種一齊做!!

There are many equipments you can buy, but I think the exercise is a very effective way to have the abs you wanted.

Keep in mind that abs exercise alone is not good, many trainers suggested people should train the whole body, not focus on one part, also you should add cardio exercise on your routine, then you can lose your body fat and show of your 6 pack muscle.
