（可以用 joking，但 joking 沒有「說」的意思，而且單單 joking 有點輕佻。另外，一個人會 "tell" a joke，不會 "speak" a joke。）

我搞不清楚你這句的意思。如果你的意思是「（如果你）認識多點朋友，你可能每星期都去PARTY」的話：
If you make more friends, you might need to go to parties every week! Ha ha!
（結交朋友可以用 make friends或meet new friends，"know someone"指的是你知道某某是誰）

＞你穿那件是否ADIDAS JACKET?我有一件籃色!!!真是十分漂亮!我著上後看起來年輕了4年!!

其實文字上直譯的話，大概應該用

但這不是疑問句，而且突然冒出一句「我想知道」會很怪。客氣點的話會用 I would like to know，但如果是朋友間的書信又太客氣了。所以乾脆直接問 "What are the prices..."。

順道一提，英文中不要用太多感嘆號（事實上中文也是吧……），因為容易給人有大聲說話的錯覺。當然，如果你想表現出這麼熱情的話也無不可。（笑）另外，翻譯要看上文下理，單單從獨立的短句去譯的話可能會辭不達意。希望幫到你吧。
