在這次活動中,我發覺原來要把一個活動做好,是需要很多方面的配合,如:人事管理,資源的運用
In the course of this event, I discovered that there were a lot of coordination, for example human resources management and resources mobilization, to make a successful event.

這些都會影響到該活動是否成功
All these factors determined the success of that activity.

雖然在這次活動中,我沒有直接接觸到有關這些層面,但從旁觀察,我發覺大會巧妙地運用了人力同物力,沒有浪費任何的金錢,這是十分難得的,我希望以後可以再去參與一些類似這次活動的工作!
In spite of the fact that I didn't really get involved in the management matters of this activity, from my observation, I noticed the panel dexterously made use of resources and manpower without wasting even a penny. That's beyond reproach! I hope there would be chances for me to partake in activity like this in the future!

In this activity, I find that it requires a lot of collaboration such as human resources management and other resources usage to determine whether the activity is successful or not.
Although I was not in direct contact with these aspects, I can see from my observation that the host has ingeniously arranged all these resources. It does not waste even a buck. It is really rare. I hope I can take part in such activity in the future.
