老闆是有權reject我放年假的日期唔通公司嚮果幾日你放假就會出現工人短缺, 佢都比你放咩!

12月24日是放假高峰期，一連放6天一定要與其他人爭了，

It depends on your contract terms. If it is agreed in your contract with the company on the rules of how to take vacations, they can do as agreed or to reject your holiday application, otherwise you can argue with them, or seek Labour Department's advise.
