According to the Labour Policy, all employee is entitled to annual leave pay after having been employed under a continuous contract for every 12 months. An employee's entitlement to paid annual leave increases progressively from seven days to a maximum of 14 days according to her length of service.
If she wants to get money instead of holidays, the calculation is :
$3320 x 12 months / 365 days = $109.15 per day salary
Total annual leave payment = $109.15 x 14 days = $1528.1
