Definition of "hussle and bussle"

I haven't heard this phrase before but another one "hustle and bustle". That means 精疲力竭.
For example:
Citizen all exhausted by the hustle and bustle of city life.
市民被奔波的城市生活弄得精疲力竭.

hussle and bussle means noisy activity: lively noisy continual activity 忙亂, 忙碌

Example:
Escape the hussle and bussle of big city life.
In today's hussle a bussle lifestyle that we all seem to be caught in.

hussle and bussle就沒有了，但hustle and bustle就是英文的慣用語，其意就是中文的”熙來攘往”，或”忙碌喧囂”，如：
We escaped from the hustle and bustle of the city for the weekend.
我們週末時躲開了城市的擁擠喧囂。
I love the hustle and bustle of the marketplace.
我喜愛市場上的熙攘
