I am patient to do it on twice a week which it can help me keep fit & reduce weight. If I overdo them. I am terribly tired. I have already reduced the

I always do exercises in the weekend. Those exercises I do are jogging and weight training.
I keep doing exercises twice a week as it is very effective to keep fit and reduce weight. Overdoing them will make me feel terribly tired. So far I have reduced my weight to the standard.
