I assume your security device is for your HONG KONG internet banking of HSBC - if you lost your security device, then you better call to report loss ASAP - +852 2748-3322, then they will process a replacement for you, usually the standard is to mail the replacement to your corr. address, then you can as your relative/family to mail that to you - if that's a HK address, that will be approx 4 working days to arrive; but if you have other special request e.g. out of town, then you can tell them the situation, such as, how long will you stay there for or so, then they will process the evaluation for you, you might be able to collect the security device at the branch in Oz. (if regular airmail then that will take around 11 working days to arrive, unless DHL, then that will just be a couple of days). after you've got your replaced security device, then you need to call to the same telephone hotline again to activate your new security device.
