2) Eleven thousand six hundred seventy six and cents sixty four only.

一定係第二個,
2) Eleven thousand six hundred seventy six and cents sixty four only.

因為 hundred 只會由1數到9, 之後再上就會係thousand.
相反, thousand 就會由1 數到999, 去到第1000個thousand就會係million.

It should be "Eleven thousand six hundred seventy-six dollars and sixty-four cents only".
