✔ 最佳答案
Ms. Raj, the new Indian secretary, is hardworking.

This is a correct sentence. When you use , ...... , it's the supplement, which you want to give extra information. Moreover, between , ....... , you can take that phrase out and it wouldn't influence the meaning of the original sentence.

For example,

1. Mr Richardson is a good looking person.

2. Mr Richardson, my English teacher, is a good looking person.

In the 1st sentence, I wanted to tell people Mr Richardson is a good looking person.

In the 2nd sentence, except I wanted to tell people Mr Richardson is a good looking person, I also want to tell people that Mr Richardson is my English teacher.

Without (my English teacher) this sentence still makes sense.

Hope it would help~! ^^

Ms Raj is a new Indian secretary who is hardworking.

Ms. Raj, the new Indian secretary, is hardworking.

This is perfect. The commas are at the right places and you should use two commas. 'the new Indian secretary' gives extra information about Ms. Raj

What make you think the grammar is wrong?
