有限公司被稅局追稅

有限公司被稅局追一百二十萬稅,一直寄信來,没有理會,直至稅局寄到董事住址,稅局要求立即清繳,不然便把公司清盤,其實公司一早己没運作,稅局是否會一直追董事呢??如没錢是否得破產條路呢?

The debt duty of shareholder is limited up to the limit of the share capital. Just let IRD to perform the liquidation action and you have to get all the money from the bank immediately.

等稅局清盤是最好的方法,又不需自己出錢清盤又可把不要的公司清除. 但記得將所有銀行戶口結束,取回所有錢.
