本人原本簽左1間公司,但公司留我, 加左人工, 我又決定留下,會否毁約??

除非你在另一間公司已經做了一天，而你不遵守合約內有註明離職的通知期，隨後在另一間公司工作的第二天沒有上班及通知上司，並且沒有合理的理由自擅離職及返回本身的公司工作，你就會作為毀約處理，屆時的你可能收到律師信及上庭判審罰則。
