There is no "decoder" in Powerpoint for playing flv. You can convert flv files to mpg or avi and then you can insert the converted file into Powerpoint.You can download the following software to convert the flv to avihttp://ivcsoft.free.fr/download/internet_video_converter_1.50_en_setup.exe
