網上閱讀就唔清楚, 但有本書叫 The Starbucks Experience: 5 Principles for Turning Ordinary Into Extraordinary. 作者係 Joseph Michelli. Starbucks 既成功因素, 由 management 到 barista 都有提及. I just finished the book two months ago. Very good reading.
