The water bill of last month , amounted to $500, had been fully paid by ABC company.However, the amount of water bill for this month is $4100 !
Therefore, we would like to enquire the possiblity of leakage of water from the external water pipe or whatever reason causing such large increase in the amount payable in the latest bill.
