千島醬可否當當沙津醬?

If you don't consider Thousand Island as a salad dressing, what do you think it is? Thousand Island is used as salad dressing for fresh vegetable. However, in Hong Kong沙津醬 usually refer to mayonnaise. Mayonnaise could be used in many different ways, most of them CANNOT be replaced by Thousand Island. (eg, mash potato, tuna sandwiches, devil eggs, etc.)

尢其是西芹、菠蘿、粟米、`青瓜切粒加千島醬非常好味.
