電腦中左毒, 開唔到explorer, 求助

建議:
1) 重裝部機
2) 如果唔想重裝, 又想上到網, 用住先, 咁建議您唔好用IE 上網(亦用唔到丫), 去呢個網站下載FIREFOX這個BROWSER, 睇下上唔上到網啦.

3) 無論重裝部機與否, 都建議您到呢個網站下載家用版免費的防毒軟件 AVG, 這免費軟件, 有每日自動更新病毒, 有每日掃描電腦的SETTING, 供您自己設定, 是免費防毒軟件中, 水準之作(我自己已用了超過3年, 很好). 不過如中毒已深, 潛藏了病毒, 我都係強烈建議您重裝過部電腦. 費事再周圍散播病毒啦. AVG free version 下載:

您唔駛一定用symantec , 但就要有好的antivirus program , 之後就跟佢做. 咁應該可以remove 到的.

有冇試過用其他防毒軟件呀
For example: NOD32,卡巴,norton,avast等等

In order to connect internet, you may try the following :-

1. Down the I.E. setup file from another PC, remove the old I.E then re-install it in you computer;
2. Try 系統還原 from 系統工具 under 附屬應用程式. Recover the whole system to a day when your PC is normal.

But the more important is to clean the virus, otherwise your PC may infected again next time.
