You can practise more by reading an article in SCMP or a book or magazine aloud daily. Moreover, you can listen to the radio - english channel or watch the TV English Channel and cover up the chinese subtiitle.

When you get up daily, talk to yourself in English . Let's wash my face, brush my teeth, then have breakfast etc. Do it daily and read an article aloud daily or even sing English songs to improve your English. Christmas is coming, you should learn the christmas carols and check every single word, that you dont know the meaning in the diectionary. Read aloud and listen is very important.

The Cure (1995)
