It's wrong to use it as the door number on a road

The Chinese and English way of writing an address is different.
In Chinese, it is country, city, district, street, building, floor, flat - name of the addressee/company
in English, name of the addressee/company, flat, floor, building, street, district, city, country.
So for the above:

? Floor, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong (assuming the building is only identified by a number not name)
