Cream is more stickly, but I think moisturizing emulsion is better, after using emulsion you can use other lotion or cream, before sleep you can use both, but usually morning, I will clean it off & use other lotion on face. Careful, using cream only need small amount.Otherwise will stickly.

yes it is both of them also use on face if dry skin
