基本上都冇乜問題,但可以再寫好一些的,
如下:
Dear Annie,
Please find the attached receipt of your last payment.
Accoring to your email, we will not send you the mails on next Monday as we usually do, and we will keep them until you come to our company to pick them up on next Thursday.

As per request by you, the usual letters will not send out on next Monday and keep for you to collect on next Thursday.

notes: we use "pick up" for person e.g. we will pick up you at 7:00
use "collect" for things e.g. we have collected the parcel yesterday.
