388 is rised from $ 96 (in August) to $ 220 (now).
It is already the most expensive exchange in the world.
Since the underground money is prohibited to flow into HK market, the number of transactions deminished, and thus 388 will keep on dropping.

The point is, you never know when is the lowest.
$ 180 maybe...$ 160 maybe ....

You should decide to 溝貨 based on the time frame + price,
that is, all the underground money are stopped + US market stables.

Be honest, I guess it will drop to $ 160.
