If you were given a chance to start a new business at your school, what would you like to do? Give reason for your answer.

I would like to open a canteen at my school. At the moment, students have to go outside to eat at fast food shops or restaurants during lunch time. Sometimes they even sneak out of school during recess for snacks. If there is a canteen in the school, students can spend less time for their meals and thus more time at school for revision or rest. Besides, if they are given an alternative, they may not risk breaking the school discipline to sneak out when they are not allowed to do so.
The food provided by my canteen will all be healthy food. Teenagers these days love french fries, hamburgers, candies, potato chips and soft drinks which are bad for health. I intend to sell for instance walnuts, oatmeal, tuna fish or salmon, and soya bean drinks, food that is low in fat, sodium chloride and cholesterol. There will be posters and pamphlets at the canteen to tell the danger of an unhealthy diet. Here, education goes hand in hand with eating.
