take away, takeout - British
doggie bag - (British Slang)

E.g. If you go to McDonald's,

Cashier: Stay in or take away?
Customer: Take away, please OR It's for take away OR It's for takeout OR It's to go.

E.g. If you go to a restaurant, you may say,
Could I have a doggie bag of (blah...blah...blah...)?

Or, e.g. you may want to tell a friend, you have packed some food for your son at home who hasn't come for the meal. Then,
I have a doggie bag for my son.

doggie bag is a slang only
- a container for leftover food to be carried home from a meal eaten at a restaurant

外賣 = to go (American way to say)

打包食物 = box the food up

For example, Could you please box up the food for me?/ Could you box it up for me?

Or Could you give me couple boxes? (If you want to box the food up yourself)

take-out/takeaway = 外賣
get it to go = 打包

Take away=(拎走)

it is takeaway, taking away
eg:i am at a indian takeaway
