Basic Tips for Cake Makinig

First of all, make sure some basic tools and utensils are ready, e.g. cake mould, blender, sieve, etc.

Things you need to know when making different kinds of cakes:

1. Spongy Cake
Beat the egg whites become stiff, even if you turn the bowl upside down, the egg whites will cling onto the bowl and won't slide out. Then spongy cake texture is fine and soft.

2. Cheese Cake
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Press the grainy cheese with a rubber spatula.

If this is the first time to you to make a cake, I advise you to start with a mousse cake first. It won't cause over baked or under baked, and you don't need to buy an oven if you do not have one.

If you want to make a baked cake, remember to pre heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 mins
