因為麥當勞快餐店係外國食品，但係干炒牛河就係中國食品，所以麥當勞快餐店不售賣干炒牛河..................

因為牛河曹向好多網上而出曬名
咪一真係出咪比人話見到佢向網上咁出名所以跟風咪大獲！
其實因為M記係主打美式野嫁嘛
點會賣中式呢

因為麥記仲未整到超好味的干牛河~
一直以來, 老麥所賣的每樣野, 一係就獨家, 一係就比其他快餐店做得好味, 所以先會多人幫襯~
咁, 如果出面D茶餐廳整得好味過麥記, 麥記賣o黎丟人現眼咩~

Very simple.
Being a big international company, everything has to follow the company policy and procedure.
There is no such a procedure on how to cook/sell 干炒牛河.
If anyone know how much beef to add to how much 牛河,
use how much oil, salt, ... etc,
cook how much time, ....
a procedure can be setup.
Every branch then can follow this procedure to cook a 'standard' 干炒牛河
and then sell to the hand of customers.
This can guarantee the quality.
But, such a procedure is not setup yet.
Therefore, no such kind of things is on sale.
