Please look at the leaflet defining the roles of any employer and the employee who is leaving Hong Kong. And, please see the example in Page 4 and 5 of the leaflet as well. This is on the salary tax issue and not purely the MPF issue.http://www.ird.gov.hk/chi/pdf/pam46c.pdf
