open circuit / short circuit

前者係open circut,
後者係closed circut.
open circut係指當電路有缺口, 未能完整接駁的電路.
turn off the light係指用switch去令個電路變成open circut.

這幅圖裡的燈泡是不會亮起來的. 因為是開了switch的open Circut.
這Open circut是可以在接駁的. 比如如果把開關關上就會邊回closed circut, Current 就可以從positive流至negative.
但如果由燈泡燒了或者fuse溶掉而做成的open circut就不可以復完. 除非從新換掉燈泡或者fuse.
而short cirut係指o係一條有resistant既電路上加插了一條無resistant o既分支,令current全部往無resistant的分支走, 使resistant,(多數為電器)通不到電.

如果紅色的arrow是接駁成功的話, 那麼電流便會大量流通紅色的arrow.
令電器(現由resistor代表)沒有電流流通.(因為電流會選擇較少resistant的地方走.)
但亦因為有太多電流流通紅色的電路的關係,令該電路產生大量熱能, 出現負何過重的現象.
有可能會出現火花, 做成火警. 所以是非常危險的.

Closed Circuit = turn on the light
Open Circuit = turn off the light
