You are the one who is selling, not your work is selling. Therefore, better use I. Otherwise, you can also writes ‘my work involves selling…..’
is sell – wrong tense form, present continuous tense = is/am/are verb+ing
however, you are describing your work, you should use present tense (sell), you only use present continuous tense when you are doing that thing at that moment.
Not good to use somebody, use people. Besides, ‘somebody ‘, not ‘some body’
Craft – can be a verb, can be a noun (when you use craft as a noun, it can mean the skill or the article(craft, crafts))

'Sometimes I am very busy. When I have no customers . I will tidy my shop and mke it clean. '
‘busy’ ‘no customers’ – opposite situation
therefore, add ‘but’ or ‘however’ between the two sentences
tidy – already has the meaning of clean, so no need to repeat
When I have no customers, (comma, not full stop). When......, ......

'My shop has many many *DIY* craft for someone to do and buy. '
Common mistake – 死物 should not use has/have, use there are, there is, 不過約定俗成, 我估可能有許多人都已接受死物可以用has/have了
Common mistake - Don’t use many many – just write once is enough,
Some people say many many 只不過是香港人用中文的口語直寫成英文
People buy the materials for crafting or to make the crafts

Like 後面用 gerund i.e. +ing

Patient is adjective, 一定要有 verb to be 在前面 (is, am, are, was, were, be, been – depends on the tense)
Much time 前面 need a verb
must - not a verb, need to be followed by a verb or verb to be
