If AB = 5.1cm(correct to the nearest 0.1cm) and CD = 5.1cm(correct to the nearest 0.1cm).Are AB and CD the same in length?WHY???

no,,,because they's length are correct to the nearest 0.1cm

(i.e. Pershap AB=5.12 cm , CD= 5.11 cm ....

Of course not.
5.1cm is correct to the nearest 0.1cm,
that mean 5.1 can be 5.05 to 5.14
the error:5.14-5.05=0.09cm

So,AB and CD may not be same.
