But if you buy forex by using e-banking, you can do it at TT rate. In case the only charge is the buy / sell price difference that can be as low as 0.03 -0.04 cent per 100 Yen. So firslty open a forex e-account. Then buy the Yen at good price 24 hours round the clock. Take cash from the bank of not more than 100,000 Yen per transaction since most banks do not charge for less than 100,000 Yen cash withdrawal per day.
